Having been professionally involved in all aspects of security for the past 30 years and seen an immense range of inexpensive CCTV equipment come and go, it was a pleasant surprise to find some things have changed. This Hikvision DVR (and others like it) have given totally dependable service over the past 3 years and are very simple to use - especially the remote access via mobile phone. I have them installed in remote rural locations and usually connected via wireless internet service - no fibre or copper broadband available - and the properties can always be viewed without any issue. Live viewing and replay are instant and perfect - what more do you need? Highly recommended.
